Winlink Peer-to-Peer Practice
In emergency/disaster responses, a Winlink RMS (Radio Message Server) may not always be in range of one’s operating location. So, in this drill we will be practicing sending Winlink messages directly between radio stations, not using a RMS. This will be a “stay-at-home” drill.
